Workout Recap June 14-20

Sunday: 3 miles running with IR, followed by a massive brunch at his sister’s 🙂 perfect way  to end a run!!

Monday: off

Tuesday: 2 miles running solo

Wednesday: off- no idea why i didn’t run or anything today

Thursday:  off- worked from home, then went to get mexican food and played mini golf

Friday: off- we hit up the spa for a relaxing day after IR’s stressful week. My first spa experience, it took me about 30 minutes to get into it, but then I really enjoyed it!

Saturday:  Gym with IR, full body workout
